FAQs

General

We are based in NSW and serve the entire metropolitan area, however, we also offer interstate removals and can move the property to and from regional centers. Contact us to find out if we can move to your area.

We offer furniture removals, office removals, warehouse removals, interstate removals, backload removals and last minute removals.

The cost of removals depends on the size of your house/office/warehouse and the amount of furniture and goods you need moving. When you call All Removalists, you will be given a cost based on these, as well as the distance you have to travel. Why not call today? We can provide a free, no obligation quote that we guarantee will be competitive.

We have been in operation for over 16 years! Many of our staff have been with us for a large portion of that time. Each team we provide has an experienced team leader in order for us to be able to guarantee that your property is in the best of hands.

Having a fleet of over 20 trucks means we are available around the clock. Need to move in a hurry? We’ll take care of it! Give All Removalists a call today!

If you receive a quote from All Removalists, it is valid for 30 days from when we submit our quote to you.

We will quote based on the amount of property you have and the time we estimate we will spend relocating your property. We have a list of questions that help us to determine the size of your move and the number of vehicles and people that will be required.

While we completely trust our team, if something is precious to you and highly valuable, we recommend that we keep it with you when you relocate, in order to ensure that it is as safe as possible.

We request that you pack sturdy cardboard boxes, being careful not to overfill them. Wrap breakables in bubble wrap if possible, to reduce the chance of damage.

Some other tips:

  • Grab some quality packing tape when you pick up your boxes
  • Write the contents of each box on the top, as well as the room it should go in in your new property
  • Cushion the bottom of the box
  • Place heavier items at the bottom of the box
  • Don’t overload large boxes with books – it can make them too heavy for even the strongest removalists!

Talk to us about your most valued pieces of property and we can arrange for them to be packed so that they will not be dented, damaged or scratched in any way.

If you have selected a premium removal service we will do this for you. However, even if you haven’t, please talk to us about how we can help your move to go more smoothly on the day when you contact us for a free quote.

Some people don’t have the time to pack and move themselves, or their business is paying for them to relocate. If this is the case, we will come to your home and take care of your move from start to finish, including all the wrapping and packing. Once we are at your new home we will even unpack everything for you!

Again, it depends on how much property you have. Generally speaking, our team can complete a cross-Sydney move in a day, however, if you are traveling further or have a vast amount of office or warehouse furniture we may require longer. Contact us on 1300 441 331 for a quote and an idea of the amount of time we will need for your move.

Our team is highly experienced in using their skills and equipment to make sure your goods are taken care of, no matter how far they are traveling. Should the worst case scenario happen, we are covered by insurance and are able to replace damaged property to the value of $100,000.

Sometimes, if you are moving interstate, you might find that you can be flexible with timing. If this is the case, we can add your belongings to a truck that is already scheduled to make the trip. They will be stored separately and be well taken care of.

Choosing back-loading to fill a half-empty truck can save you up to 50% on the cost of your interstate removals. The only drawback is that there may be a period of 2 – 5 days when your goods are scheduled to arrive.
